NPO & Bar Safety

Our venue is available to nonprofit organizations for free every Wednesday. We understand that many nonprofits struggle with affording space for events such as conferences, fundraisers, or panels. Therefore, we would like to ease the burden and help empower nonprofits to maximize their outreach.

Nonprofits will be offered the same support and services that other events at the Circ would be offered. In addition to the 7000 sq ft full floor venue (Max capacity 550), services may include:

  • Multiple creative setups within two bars

  • A lounge with fireplace

  • A roof deck (weather permitting)

  • Twelve 72” TVs with full multimedia capabilities (for slideshows, videos, etc.)

  • A stage with multiple P/A setups, an independent or collaborative sound system for three spaces within the venue, valet parking (negotiable)

  • In-house or outside catering (negotiable)

  • Marketing (social media and email)

  • Friendly & professional staff and security

We request that bookings are arranged well in advance for ideal scheduling. To host a fundraiser or a charity event, the organization must be registered 501(c). Do not hesitate to contact The Circ Bar with any questions at events@thecircbar.com

One of our goals at The Circ Bar is to create an environment that encourages responsible drinking and promotes a culture of respect and consent.

We have teamed up with community organizations, like Raise the Bar and Safehouse, to educate staff on various topics such as diversity, inclusion and bystander intervention. Continual training will help staff recognize harassment and other inappropriate behavior while equipping them with the skills necessary to step in and help.

Since Circ Bar has been open, we have always looked for ways to be sustainable and minimize our impact on the environment. Some of the ways we do this are:

  • Donating food that will not be used to local organizations in need

  • Using paper straws

  • Having washable, reusable menus
